Burr Forman

Burr Forman is the top tenant at Shipt Tower in Birmingham, AL occupying floors 29-34. The 34th floor is the penthouse level with beautiful city scenery outside of the 20’ windows. Inside, the 34th floor was totally gutted and built back with the highest of quality materials and craftsmanship. Above the future Breakroom, a secondary level was added to take advantage of the tall structure and to give Burr Forman another communal area. Throughout the 34th floor is state-of-the-art conference rooms, community rooms, catering kitchen and a bar area.

Floors 29-33 were remodeled to give Burr Forman employees all new carpet, paint, wallcovering, breakrooms, elevator lobbies and half-floor of high-density rolling file shelf systems.
